Britto Charette is proud to share that we are designing another beautiful residence at the St. Regis in Bal Harbour, Florida. Our St. Regis 03 is for a legacy client, a couple for whom we are honored to have already completed three interior design projects. The approximately 3k sqft unit is comprised of three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and fantastic balconies that provide ocean and intracoastal views. It was a model unit and will be a complete gut and renovation.
Our clients told us they want to incorporate characteristics of some of the previous designs we created for them—especially a New York interior—and that they want to emphasize sophisticated design elements that “fit” with Miami. The couple tell us they also want to stay away from “transitional and eclectic” design and are yearning for a sense of playfulness with the materiality, and punches of color. We are sourcing luxurious design elements and using a color palette of deep hues that will create a contrast and richness that is also playful.
We were lucky enough to already be designing another unit at the St. Regis when our clients approached us about the 03. We were able to take them to the other tower and show them what we had already renovated. Our clients loved it and have asked for similar elements that are tailored to their own lifestyle.
We will be using Ornare for kitchens and closets. We are also specifying incredible furniture, fixtures, and lighting from high-end brands like Minotti, Apparatus, Holly Hunt, and Robicara. Custom millwork from EVM will be found throughout, Phillip Jeffries wallcoverings will add great texture, and a custom rug designed by our own team will grace the family room. We are thrilled to share that our clients have also selected some of Britto Charette’s own line of tables, including the Lucy, Sabine, and Toulouse. And in the dining room, we will have another fantastic new Britto Charette furniture design: a console with a metal base and lacquer top.
