Located in Sunny Isles, Florida, REGALIA is an oceanfront residential tower and Regalia III is—you guessed it—our third project in the ultra-luxury building. We were thrilled and honored to complete another sophisticated interior design for a repeat client.
Our private client asked us to completely remodel the unit and to do so by incorporating a personal art collection and some previously chosen furniture. Britto Charette responded with custom features throughout and an elevator foyer with an alabaster shelf and pedestals. We accessorized the home from corner to corner.
The 7600 square foot residence includes 2100 square feet of wraparound balcony. One of 39 full floor plates, Regalia III contains a master suite, three guest bedrooms, fourth bathrooms, and a very special powder room. But it doesn’t stop there. Our team also designed the interiors of the generously proportioned living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and elevator foyer.
Custom features like headboards, consoles, illuminated alabaster panels and shelves, and wall units with hidden projection screens are found throughout the residence. Love Fendi? Look no further than the master bedroom furniture, the dining room credenza, and throw pillows in the living room. We used SKLO glass from Denmark in the kitchen and living room. Some of our many trusted vendors include Twill & Texture, Surya, Michael Solney, Paul Mathieu, and Luxury Living.
