Take a peek at one of our latest interior designs in progress. Located at Ocean Colony in Sunny Isles, Florida, this oceanfront penthouse promises to be a study in luxury for our clients when our design is complete.
The project is a floor-to-ceiling gut and remodel for our clients who are art collectors. We have reimagined the 3735 sqft of interior space to not only accommodate their day-to-day living needs and comforts, but to give pride of place to their extensive art collection.
When we met with our clients, we discussed the need to allow for enough open wall space throughout the penthouse so that artwork could not only be displayed but rotated.
We also considered our clients’ need for storage, especially as it relates to housewares. Our clients also expressed their desire for collectibles–furnishings with meaning. So, we have designed custom furniture for the residence, including special nightstands and chaise lounges in the primary bedroom suite.
Using a muted color palette that is warm and sophisticated, we’ve created a serene living environment for our clients that will provide the perfect canvas for their treasured pieces of art and ample spaces in which to relax and enjoy the sunrise/sunset views.
